I love this little friend but my life right now isn't that busy so I find I dont need this girlie as much as others might. I like to have a few of these on hand for those hectic seasons like Christmas and Birthday Season (April - June)as I need more daily support then. Now that my life is changing I may find I use them more. I think they are very valuable and unique and I recommend them to all my neuro-divergent peeps - for which there many in my life. My three star rating is simply because I don't rely on them as much as other friend notebooks but definately recommend for others with a faster brain nad busier life than mine.
I use this friend a little differently right now. I ultimately use to brain dump all the things I have to do. Then I transfer some of the items into my weekly dashboard using the task list section there to schedule those items on a specific day. I love that there is a single place I can create and track my action items.
I already have two - one for work and one for myself! I absolutely love them! ❤️🩷💚
I love my Brain Candy set, and I adore the weekly ritual notebook. I wish I had ordered more. I look forward every morning and evening to take 5 minutes to sit down and fill in the pages. I have changed the running list notebook to make it a life lists notebook where I track everything… my favourite perfumes, countries I’ve been to, skills I want to learn… it’s honestly one of the best purchases I’ve ever done! Thank you!

I thought the journal was leather. And it is plastic.
I actually really like using this in combination with the Future Planner. The time blocking is really nice and useful to look at the whole week, and it has everything I could need to plan out my week. Looking forward to many more weeks of using!

Love my new folio and notebook which I have added to the rest of my notebooks. Have gone and purchased a folio for my daughter 😅
My weekly dashboard is truely like a friend to me. I sit with it and plan out the next week or two, fitting all the pieces of the puzzle that is the life of a mum. Only thing is, I WISH the leather binder had a pencil holder for one two pencils some how.
So happy with my folio “Olive”. She and I are having wonderful adventures together🧡

Interesting new templates I've not seen before.
I got the pastel set of the new fast brain friends! Very interesting layouts. I have filed out a few pages, picking what layout suits my day! I am really excited to explore more of the layouts!
About a week in and it is calming my crazy head! I like how I can choose what format for the way the day looks to be!
I really like the Fast Brain journal, it’s unique and I really think it can help me get organised.

La grafica minimale è davvero molto bello, le spiegazioni sono lunghe il giusto, non troppo ma esplicative... i layout differenti sono molto di ispirazione ma personalmente mi creano un po' di caos, cambiare sempre "metodo" mi confonde un pò... però tra tutti questi metodi so che ne troverò alcuni che mi saranno molto utili!
This has been amazing, I was just using my other books for organising my week but wanted something that actually checked in on how I was going and it’s been perfect. It’s my way of reflecting each day and actually noticing how I’m feeling, couldn’t recommend it more!
