Taxes & Duties
Your shipping total may include amounts for customs, taxes and duties that are payable for your destination country. We take care of them for you here for a smooth delivery. Please note that while free shipping may be included in your order, taxes and duties may still be payable.
Packaging
Our notebooks are dispatched with the utmost care to ensure they arrive in mint condition. This includes protective recycled tissue, stiff cardboard book boxes and waterproof mailers.
Dispatch
We strive to ship all packages within 2 business days, occasional delays may occur during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances. The current dispatch estimate is up to 5 - 7 business days. Items with customisation may take longer.
Your dispatch estimate is separate to your shipping (transit) estimate. This means your order could take 5 - 7 business days to dispatch, and then a further 5 days in transit.
We primarily ship from our flagship studio in Townsville, Queensland.
We do not split ship orders.
Shipping
All Australia and New Zealand orders are dispatched via Australia Post and other international orders are dispatched via DHL+ Express. Dispatch and pick up only occurs during standard business days. Business days exclude all weekends and public holidays for Queensland, Australia.
Australia Post offer a delivery window for standard postage of 2-7 days within Australia. To New Zealand, Australia Post's delivery window is up to 30 days. DHL+ Express offer 5-7 business days for international. We do not have control over unforeseen delays while the package is in the care of the courier, however we do our best to assist and investigate.
DHL is unable to deliver to PO boxes and Military Post Offices. As a result we can not ship International orders to any PO or MPO boxes.
You should receive a notification email with tracking information once it’s on the way. Please mark our emails as safe to ensure this email does not end up in a spam folder.
We recommend monitoring your tracking for a safe arrival of your parcel and ensuring you can arrange collection.
Taxes
Advertised prices include a 10% Australian Goods and Services tax. This fee will automatically be deducted from international orders during checkout.
As of Tuesday 20 August, 2024 we also collect and remit all import taxes and customs duties on your behalf. If you placed an order prior to this date you will not have been charged these fees and may be asked for low-value import tariffs by your own countries customs office.
We accept no liability for further fees incurred by your own country on arrival. Please ensure you are up to date with your own country’s import laws.
