What’s the minimum order requirement?
To get started with us, we ask for a minimum order of $250 AUD. That’s about 28 of our lovely notebooks (give or take, depending on the styles you choose). This keeps things simple and lets you test the waters without diving too deep.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping changes depending on the size of your order and where you’re sending it. Don’t worry though; we’ll quote you the exact shipping cost for each order at checkout, so there are no surprises.
Do you offer credit terms for repeat stockists?
Absolutely! Once you’ve been with us for a while and built up a bit of loyalty, we offer a 14-day credit repayment option for repeat customers. We love working with partners who share our vision and are here for the long haul
How quickly do you dispatch orders?
Our dispatch team is fast, we aim to get your first order out the door within 2-3 business days. After that, things will run smoothly and efficiently with our regular orders too. We’re all about making sure your products get to you ASAP.
Are there any special offers or promotions available?
