Coming straight out of our Wine Tasting hobby, I thought it was going to be quite a challenge to attempt a new hobby that even compared! I mean, eating charcuterie boards, tasting wine and talking to some of your favourite girls? Quite a hard hobby to beat if you ask me.

But I was pleasantly surprised when we pulled “Learn a New Hobby” out of the jar. It wasn’t as structured as some of our past hobbies and gave us creative freedom to learn whatever we liked!

I decided to learn new cooking terms whilst Alanah jumped into the world of Greek Mythology.

And I think I speak for both of us when I say that it was really fun! Such a nice relaxing hobby that you don’t have to complete all at the same time.

The Learning Friend was perfect for this challenge as we could note down our terms and then elaborate on their definitions in the usage and concepts section (and now we both have nice little glossaries of our chosen topics!). 

Overall I think we both liked learning new topics and would definitely do it again (I’d love to learn new words to add to my vocabulary 👀).
