Taxes & Duties
Your shipping total may include amounts for customs, taxes and duties that are payable for your destination country. We take care of them for you here for a smooth delivery. Please note that while free shipping may be included in your order, taxes and duties may still be payable.
Packaging
Our notebooks are dispatched with the utmost care to ensure they arrive in mint condition. This includes protective recycled tissue, stiff cardboard book boxes and waterproof mailers.
Dispatch
The current dispatch estimate is approximately 10 business days. Items from our Atelier Studio may take longer. Your dispatch estimate is separate to your shipping (transit) estimate. This means your order could take 10 business days to dispatch, and then a further 5-7 business days in transit.
We do not split ship orders. Some orders will be fulfilled from our overseas fulfilment hub.
Shipping
Dispatch and pick up only occurs during standard business days. Business days exclude all weekends and public holidays for Queensland, Australia.
Most orders will be delivered within 2 to 7 business days from the date they are dispatched. We do not have control over unforeseen delays while the package is in the care of the courier or postal service, however we do our best to assist and investigate.
For personalised orders outside of Australia and New Zealand, we are unable to deliver to PO boxes or Military Post Offices. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes.
You should receive a notification email with tracking information once it’s on the way. Please mark our emails as safe to ensure this email does not end up in a spam folder. Your tracking link may take up to 3 days to update once your order has been sent, but please reach out to customer support if your link still shows no updates after 3 days.
We recommend monitoring your tracking for a safe arrival of your parcel and ensuring you can arrange collection.
In our efforts to get your order delivered to you as quickly as possible, we occasionally will change your shipping method or shipping service provider after you have placed your order.
