FINDING OUR COVEN
It started with a callout.
Before Coven was a collection, a trip or a campaign, we knew we wanted our community to be part of it.
So we put the call out.
We were looking for five people to join FRIEND × Botanical H2O for something a little different, an all-expenses-paid trip to the Gold Coast, a place in our Coven campaign, and a spot at Coven Night.
No modelling experience required. No perfectly curated feed. Just five people from our community ready to come along for the ride.
THE INVITE WENT OUT.
And then the applications started coming in.
We read every one. There were conversations, screenshots sent back and forth, calls, shortlists and plenty of “wait, what about this person?”
Slowly, our Coven started taking shape.
THEN THERE WERE FIVE.
After a lot of back and forth, we'd chosen our five.
One of our original Coven members could no longer make the trip, which meant going back through the applications to find the final piece of our five.
And just like that, the Coven was complete.

Lisa
AQUARIUS
Oat latte drinker, rare indoor plant collector and dedicated thrifter. Lisa is usually found pole dancing, at the beach or tending to her plant side hustle, which naturally has its own Instagram account. She also has several friendships spanning more than 20 years, which might be the ultimate friendship flex.
COVEN MEMBER 02
Paige
CANCER
An oat hot choccy drinker, Pilates instructor, almost yoga instructor and serial hobby collector. Can tap dance, loves Stardew Valley and takes her journalling very seriously. Add a love of lavender and a growing crystal collection and she fits into Coven rather nicely.
COVEN MEMBER 03
Lizzie
ARIES
Iced vanilla latte in hand, preferably with a Pepsi Max nearby. Lizzie loves purple, silver, crystals, music and anything a little weird and wonderful. A self-confessed professional overthinker, she's recently been finding her way back to her creative side and embracing the slightly chaotic, darker parts of herself along the way.

Millie
LEO
Large skinny flat white drinker, always. Millie is currently rereading ACOTAR in preparation for books six and seven, making beaded bracelets for her friends and wholeheartedly believing she can probably do anything if she gives it a go. She's also into tarot, crystals, numerology and all things kooky. And yes, you'll probably know she's a Leo within minutes of meeting her.

Jess
SAGITTARIUS
Loves a long black with a dash of milk. Jess is a teacher turned teacher-of-teachers, trained photographer, plant mum and now puppy mum. She's lived in Spain and Colombia and has a love for travel, languages, culture, art and colour. Wherever she is, she firmly believes learning should never be boring.
