When is it?
Our Mid Year Clearance season will kick by 7:00 AM AEST on June 1, 2025.
The promotion will run until 11:59 PM AEST on June 30, 2025.

When does it end?
Our clearance season wraps up at midnight AEST on June 30
I missed the sale, will you honour the discount for me later?
We cannot honour the discount once the sale period has passed. The sale is specific to our clearance stock.
Placing an order
Can I use any outstanding credits or gift cards?
Yes, all gift cards and account credits will be honoured during the sale.
Can I use a discount code on top of the sale discount?
No, the sale will not combine with discount codes.
I made a mistake on my order, can I fix it?
If you have made an error such as incorrect shipping details, please email support@creatorsfriend.com.au ASAP and ensure the subject line of your email includes your request and your order number, ie. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS - #111000
Can I add something to my order after it is placed?

When will I receive my tracking details?
Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email to your address including tracking details. We strongly recommend keeping an eye on this tracking to ensure your package has a smooth delivery.
If you have not received your tracking ID and believe you should have, please double check your spam folder before contacting us for support.
Can I cancel my order?
No problem. As long as your order has not yet been dispatched we will do our best to process your cancellation. Please email support@creatorsfriend.com.au ASAP and ensure the subject line of your email includes your request and your order number, ie. CANCEL ORDER - #111000

Shipping & Returns
How long will it take to ship?
We are expecting next-day dispatch for the June Sale season. However, due to high order volumes, there may be unforeseen delays. We appreciate your understanding. Once your order has been dispatched, estimated shipping times are as follows:
Domestic:
Australia Post Standard Shipping: 2-7 business days
Australia Post Express Shipping: 1-4 business days
International:
DHL+ Express International Shipping: 2-6 business days
Dispatch and pick-up occur only on standard business days. Business days exclude all weekends and public holidays in Queensland, Australia.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, Creator’s Friend will ship internationally. Please search for your delivery address on checkout for shipping and tax estimates.
Can you ship to a PO Box?
All domestic and New Zealand orders can provide a PO box as a shipping address. All International orders cannot due to DHLs requirements.
