About the Sale
When is it?
Sale begins at 8:00 AM AEST on June 2.
Will everything be in stock for the sale?
All product availability is always updated on our website, that’s the best place to check for the latest stock info. 💌
Which products are included in the sale?
The Sale includes markdowns across our current notebook range, with discounts ranging from 20–40% off selected products.
Discounts will vary by title and collection.
When does it end?
The sale will continue all month long while stocks last.
As many of these products are being archived, we expect some favourites to sell out quickly.
Why are some notebooks being Archived?
As Friend Notebooks continues to evolve, we're making updates across our range.
Some titles will receive minor refinements, others will see significant changes, and a handful will be archived permanently.
While change can be bittersweet, we're incredibly excited about what comes next and can't wait to share it with you.
I missed the sale, will you honour the discount for me later?
We cannot honour the discount once the sale period has passed.
Placing an order
Can I use any outstanding credits or gift cards?
Yes, all gift cards and account credits will be honoured during the sale.
Can I use a discount code on top of the sale discount?
No, the sale will not combine with discount codes.
I made a mistake on my order, can I fix it?
We will do our best to accommodate any order changes before your order is processed.

Can I add something to my order after it is placed?
We will do our best to accommodate any order changes before your order is processed.
If you have forgotten to add an item to your order, please email support@creatorsfriend.com.au as soon as possible.

When will I receive my tracking details?
Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email to your address including tracking details. We strongly recommend keeping an eye on this tracking to ensure your package has a smooth delivery.
If you have not received your tracking ID and believe you should have, please double check your spam folder before contacting us for support.
Can I cancel my order?
As long as your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to accommodate your cancellation request.

Shipping & Returns
How long will it take to ship?
We are expecting a 7-14 business day dispatch. However, due to high order volumes, there may be unforeseen delays. We appreciate your understanding. Once your order has been dispatched, estimated shipping times are as follows:
Domestic:
Australia Post Standard Shipping: 2-7 business days
Australia Post Express Shipping: 1-4 business days
International:
DHL+ Express International Shipping: 5-7 business days
Dispatch and pick-up occur only on standard business days. Business days exclude all weekends and public holidays in Queensland, Australia.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, Creator’s Friend will ship internationally. Please search for your delivery address on checkout for shipping and tax estimates.
Can you ship to a PO Box?
All domestic and (standard) New Zealand orders can provide a PO box as a shipping address. All International orders cannot due to DHLs requirements.
If you are an international resident and have provided a PO box at checkout, please email support@creatorsfriend.com.au ASAP and ensure the subject line of your email includes your request and your order number, ie. ADDRESS CHANGE - #111000
Can I change my shipping address?
If you are wanting to change your address, please email support@creatorsfriend.com.au ASAP and ensure the subject line of your email includes your request and your order number, ie. ADDRESS CHANGE - #999999
We will try our best to action your request before your order is dispatched, but during this busy period it may not be possible for us to make changes to confirmed orders before they're processed.
