I was very excited when I placed my order. The journals are beautiful, thoughtfully designed and well-made, albeit not exceptional. However, I was disappointed to discover that they were manufactured and shipped from China. The ethics of supporting a product designed and produced by a small company in Australia were important to me, and this was part of what made the [considerable!] price feel justified. Had I known that the journals were manufactured overseas, I would have viewed the purchase differently. I understand that there may be commercial reasons behind this decision, and I have no criticism of the quality of the journals themselves. Nevertheless, I feel let down, as the reality of the product's production and the values I associated with the brand do not quite align in the way I had expected. I am tired of a particular economic model in which design, branding and marketing create the impression of a distinctive, perhaps ethically grounded product, while production is outsourced elsewhere. Manufacturing means skills, livelihoods, local production capacity and the economic life of communities. When production is moved abroad, those consequences are distributed unevenly. Ultimately, I don't feel that the price I paid was justified in light of this discovery.

Love my 'friend' so much. They come everywhere with me and help with both home and work stuff. I have AuDHD and having something both beautiful and practical to help get things out of my head and into some semblance of order has been a game changer. Thank you!
This has been such a nice addition to my end of day rituals. I love all the different sections in the weekly spread, and if I’m not feeling something in particular (for example, at this time of my life I don’t have brain space to care deliberately about my food choices) I just put correction tape over it and track something else that matters to me!
It was a bit of a leap to buy because traditional diaries have only helped me a bit… but i am so glad i feel for your marketting. the fast brain books are making a big difference to my days and my mental health. I’d call them a creative brain friend! Every day there is a different way to imagine and organise the day ahead which makes me look forward to it every morning. I also like the folio format because if i need to take notes, or relax and draw, it’s all there. Thank you for imagining something that really does « see » and help people like me.

Love the look, feel and use of it. Keeps my pages neat with out having to fold a page to bookmark it.
I was super excited to receive my folio. I ordered one for myself and 2 as gifts for friends for the holidays. I left a note detailing the embossing and how I wanted it to go and was a bit dissapointed upon opening the folio and seeing the embossing wasn’t what I wanted. Way can we do,it is what it is. Better luck next time. All the other customizations were what I wanted but the embossing was an important touch.
Seeing my whole week on a single spread is already making my life easier. The layout feels natural to how my mind works and what I prioritize.
I found it hard to use. The instructions that were supplied were minimal. There were also a few spelling mistakes. Perhaps less emphasis on look and feel and better instructions on how to use it effectively.
I loved my journal and books. It was exactly what I was looking for.
Love seeing my whole week in a two-page spread!! It's got room for everything, and it makes planning the week ahead a wonderful Sunday evening ritual.

I was hoping it would fit my Louise Carmen notebook but it is more A5 slim size. I am still using them anyway because I really like them and I would buy again if you ever do a slim version
Love the notebooks, but really disappointed with the cover. Flimsy thin material, arrived with creases and too thin to be really useful as a cover.
It was cool, love the colour, would love a larger size/edition!

The paper is very thin compared to the other journals I've bought. It's really see through (the others aren't) and the dots are too dark, in my opinion. Maybe this is an older version and the new one is better, but I really don't like it.

Have been eyeballing this for a while. Finally got my hands on it and ordered the classic notebooks set to go inside. The colour of the cover is absolutely stunning and the inserts themselves too. I have not yet put her together however I know just from opening my parcel that it will be gorgeous once all set up.
