This competition is jointly run by:

and

Friend Notebooks Pty Ltd (43 677 730 237) of [FRIEND business address]

(together, "the Promoters").

To be eligible to enter, entrants must:
Be aged 18 years or over at the time of entry

• Be a current resident of Australia with a valid Australian address
• Hold a valid form of photo identification
• Have valid travel eligibility within Australia between 7-11 October 2026.
• Not be an employee, contractor, immediate family member, or agent of either promoter

To enter, participants must complete the application form at above during the Competition Period. The application requires:

• Basic personal information.
• Answers to the application questions.
• Optional creative submission (photo or video up to 60 seconds)
• Confirmation of eligibility and availability for the travel dates.

Only one entry per person will be accepted. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

Winners will be hand-selected by a panel from both Promoter teams based on the quality, personality and content of their application. Chance plays no part in determining winners.

Selection will be judged on:

• Genuine connection to the Botanical H2O and Friend Notebooks communities.
• The individuality and personality shown in the responses.
• How well the applicant represents the diverse energy of the campaign.
• Willingness and comfort with being photographed and filmed.

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

• Travel must be taken on the specified dates only. No changes to dates will be permitted.
• Winners are responsible for their own personal expenses, incidentals, and any additional meals or beverages outside of those provided by the Promoters.
• Winners must arrange their own transfer to and from their local airport.
• Any prize value not used cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred.
• The Promoters reserve the right to substitute any element of the prize with an equivalent alternative.

Winners will be notified via email and/or phone using the contact details provided in their application on or before 11:59PM on 7 September 2026. Winners must respond within 48 hours to confirm acceptance of the prize. If a winner does not respond within this timeframe, the Promoters
reserve the right to select an alternate winner.

Up to 5 ranked alternate winners may be selected in case original winners are unable or unwilling to accept the prize.

By entering, entrants acknowledge that if selected as a winner, they will be:

• Photographed and filmed throughout the campaign experience
• Featured in campaign content used across both Promoters' marketing channels,including social media, websites, email marketing, paid advertising and PR.
• Required to sign a formal photography, videography and content usage release
  before participation.
  

Winners grant both Promoters a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use their
image, likeness, name, first name, city of residence and content created during the
campaign for marketing and promotional purposes.
Winners may be required to participate in reasonable pre-event content creation and post-
event follow-up content at the Promoters' discretion.

• The Promoters reserve the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, tampered with, or in breach of these terms.
• The Promoters reserve the right to modify, suspend or cancel the competition at any time if circumstances beyond their reasonable control require it.
• The Promoters' decision on winner selection is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Queensland.

Personal information collected through this competition will be handled in accordance with each Promoter's Privacy Policy. By entering, entrants consent to their personal information being collected, used and shared between the Promoters for the purposes of running this competition, selecting winners, and administering the prize. Non-winning applicants' personal information will be retained for future marketing purposes unless the applicant opts out.

Winners agree to conduct themselves respectfully throughout the campaign experience. The
Promoters reserve the right to withdraw the prize or remove a winner from the campaign at any time if the winner:

• Breaches these terms and conditions
  
• Behaves in a manner that is unsafe, illegal, offensive, discriminatory, or brings either Promoter into disrepute.
  
• Fails to comply with reasonable requests from the Promoters or their contractors
  during the campaign

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoters exclude all liability for any loss, damage, injury or death arising out of or in connection with this competition, the prize, or participation in the campaign, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

If a winner withdraws from the campaign within 14 days of the travel dates, or fails to attend without reasonable notice, the Promoters reserve the right to withdraw the prize and may recover costs already incurred on the winner's behalf (including but not limited to non-refundable flight and accommodation bookings).
