How do I get a free gift?
Once you spend over the threshold of each gift, the item will automatically be added to your cart. The thresholds are as follows:
- Spend over $50AUD and a receive a free sticker stash
- Spend over $100AUD and receive our exclusive Y2K highlighter pack
I missed the Holiday Store, will you honour the discount for me later?
We cannot honour the discount once the sale period has passed.
Placing an order
Can I use any outstanding credits or gift cards?
Yes, all gift cards and account credits will be honoured during the sale.
Can I use a discount code on top of the sale discount?
No, the sale will not combine with discount codes.
I made a mistake on my order, can I fix it?
If you have made an error such as incorrect shipping details, please email support@creatorsfriend.com.au ASAP and ensure the subject line of your email includes your request and your order number, ie. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS - #111000
Can I add something to my order after it is placed?
If you have forgotten to add an item to your order, please email support@creatorsfriend.com.au ASAP and ensure the subject line of your email includes your request and your order number, ie. ADDITIONAL ITEM REQUEST - #111000
When will I receive my tracking details?
Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email to your address including tracking details. We strongly recommend keeping an eye on this tracking to ensure your package has a smooth delivery.
If you have not received your tracking ID and believe you should have, please double check your spam folder before contacting us for support.
Can I cancel my order?
No problem. As long as your order has not yet been dispatched we will do our best to process your cancellation. Please email support@creatorsfriend.com.au ASAP and ensure the subject line of your email includes your request and your order number, ie. CANCEL ORDER - #111000
I forgot to personalise my folio

How long will it take to ship?
Your order will be dispatched according to the Black Friday production schedule (check your order confirmation to see your estimated dispatch time) - once dispatched, estimated shipping times are as follows:

What if I need it straight away?
Unfortunately we cannot offer immediate shipping due to our Black Friday production schedule - however if you would like to jump to the start of your scheduled production, please select priority shipping at checkout.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, Creator’s Friend will ship internationally. Please search for your delivery address on checkout for shipping and tax estimates.
Can you ship to a PO Box?
All domestic and New Zealand orders can provide a PO box as a shipping address. All International orders cannot due to DHLs requirements.

Can I change my shipping address?
